Burpees are always the last thing you want to see on a list of things to do, but this challenge caught our attention as it aims to condition your mind as well as your body. The Challenge began yesterday, January 2nd, but you still have time to catch up. The process is simple you do burpees every day starting with 1 burpee on day one, 2 burpees on day 2, and so on until you reach 100 burpees on day 100.
